Welcome to Faith Over Fear Boutique. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged.
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at fofboutique3@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Once approved, you may choose to receive either:
• Store credit for the value of the damaged item, or
• A refund to your original form of payment
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not qualify for a refund or store credit.
Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times typically range between 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Faith Over Fear Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Faith Over Fear Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
• Verify your shipping address
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact your local post office or shipping carrier
If your package is lost in transit, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
While we are happy to assist you in locating your package, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.
